How do I play?
Swipe up, down, left, or right (or use the arrow keys / WASD on desktop). All tiles slide that way; two tiles with the same number merge into one worth double. Each move adds a new tile. Reach the 2048 tile to win — then keep going for a higher score.
Is Go Brain free? Are there ads?
Yes, it's completely free. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. The app has no tracking; our website uses Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics (see our Privacy Policy).
Does it work offline?
Yes. The mobile apps run fully offline. The web version loads once and then plays without a connection.
How do I change the theme or language?
Use the two buttons at the top of the game board: the sun/moon button switches between System, Light, and Dark; the language button cycles through English, Tiếng Việt, 한국어, 中文, and العربية. Your choice is remembered.
Is my game progress saved?
Yes. Your current board, best score, and settings are saved on your device automatically, so you can close the game and come back later. They never leave your device.
How do I reset my game or clear my data?
Tap "New Game" to start over. To clear everything, uninstall the app (mobile) or clear this site's data in your browser (web).
