1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Go Brain (the "Game") — provided by FightTech ("we", "us") — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Game.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game except as permitted by law; (b) attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Game; or (c) use the Game in any unlawful way or in violation of any applicable regulations.

4. Intellectual property

The Game's name "Go Brain", its artwork, code, and design are owned by FightTech and protected by applicable laws. "2048" is a widely-known open puzzle concept; Go Brain is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original 2048 author or any other 2048 variant.

5. Price & purchases

The Game is free to play. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. If this ever changes, the applicable terms will be presented to you before any charge.

6. Privacy

The Game collects no personal data; your progress stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

9. App store terms

If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. The respective store provider is not responsible for the Game or its support, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these terms where applicable.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Game from time to time, and may discontinue the Game. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FightTech operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
